It's been a pleasure doing business with this Ford branch. Especially with Mr. Tom Cupito. His honesty and positive vibes helps me calm my anxiety since I'm new to the area and don't know much about cars to top it off I don't have a good credit. To sum it off: I went to this location just to ask what should I do since my lease is almost up to a Ford car that I got from Jersey City. Instead of telling me to wait til my lease is up he actually got me into a new car that I like and drove it off on the same day. It's such an awesome experience and I'll recommend this office 110%.. I went in for an oil change and check oil consumption. Oil level was at the bottom of dipstick. Valves are chattering and cam phasers are making noise and blows smoke out the exhaust under acceleration. Was told it’s a “coyote” motor that’s what they do? There is nothing I can do for you. It was nice to see my bill with nothing stated except Perform the Work. Not what I asked for. Thanks a lot.

A brake line on my 2002 Ford F250 let go, causing me to lose my brakes! Thankfully it was in my driveway! I called Verner Cadby and spoke with Brian the Service Manager. He promptly offered to send a flatbed to pick my truck up! I totally expected to have to call a service to do that for me. The flatbed arrived soon after. The driver, Jimmy, was professional and very pleasant. The following morning, Brian called me to fill me in on what needed to be fixed. He called me back a few hours later to say the truck was ready and that he was going to deliver it back to me. WOW! I had no appointment and I was well taken care of extremely quickly and professionally! Kudos to Brian and his team! The best!
